So, this is embarrassing. You know when you accidentally go a little batty and call your ex when you know you shouldn’t? Sometimes you’re intoxicated, sometimes you’re just “vulnerable”. And then afterward you feel so mortified you delete their number and swear off tequila forever? It’s totally normal. Happens to the best of us. And when it does, it’s a little embarrassing.

But not as embarrassing as being charged with stalking after calling your ex 65,000 times. That is what’s happened to a woman in the Netherlands, who has been ordered by the courts not to contact her ex boyfriend again after calling him 65,000 in one year. That’s over 178 calls PER DAY. Crazy town. The funniest part is that she argued to the judge the number of calls “wasn’t excessive”.

The Cab Attack

Scene: A group of 3 friends are out together in DC. They go to a bar where they dance, indulge in some beverages, talk to some people and decide to leave the bar around 2 am.

A cab pulls up to the curb and one of the girls opens the door to allow the others to slide in, when out of nowhere, a man sprints out into the street, DIVES into the cab, and sits in it with a shit-eating grin on his face. The girls, clearly confused, ask him what he’s doing, why he jumped in the cab, and if they know him. He responds that he wants to share the cab and begrudgingly, the girls oblige.

As the cab pulls away, the girls quickly realize this gentleman is drunker than they first thought and cannot remember his own address. He then passes out and five minutes later wakes up screaming his address very loudly and demanding the cab driver takes him there.

Of course his house is out of the way, but the girls say fine and continue on the journey. When they pull up in front of his house, the man declares he has no money and they will have to pay his fare. He then turns to one of the girls and asks, nay BEGS her to come home with him. Ah yes, who wouldn’t want to go home with a stranger who has no money and ninja-like reflexes that only come in handy for supermanning other peoples’ cabs?

Chinese Men, So Tall

It’s funny that the depictions of males on these Beijing restrooms signs make them look SO much taller than their female counterparts, particularly considering many Chinese men are within eye level of their wives. The average height of Chinese men, in case you’re curious, is 5′ 7″.

We’re guessing a dude came up with this scale.
