Note to A Bastardly Neighbor

Have you ever been at home and heard a domestic dispute coming from an apartment nearby? It’s so uncomfortable and upsetting and when you hear the arguments happening frequently, it’s just not okay. Hence, apparently, neighbors may write notes to inform the perpetrator that they are behaving like an ASSHOLE and everyone is paying attention. We like the community action at hand here.
